Now that it is time to begin your custom home, lets begin with our process! Over the years we have curated a tried and true approach to creating your dream home. We work with you to help identify the style, function and design of what you are looking for, all while maintaining your budget objectives.
By signing a retainer, this kicks off your construction process. Don’t worry, we are old pro’s at this, and here to guide you through each step.
Our team will come to your home to measure and take photos of your current space in order to develop a plan for your project. Heads up, we will ask to get into all the nooks and crannies of your home!
After we have assembled all the costs and drawings related to your project, we will arrange a meeting and present you with your project.
Once your contract is signed, you will meet with our in house interior designer to choose your various finishes. From there we will begin to order your materials in preparation of your project start.
Yay! The day is here, we are starting on your project! Be prepared for some radical changes and a bit of dust along the way. We will be here every step of the way and keep you up to date on your projects progress.
